I found the game to be fun enough despite the obvious issues. I like that it features some voice overs for the various NPCs. Helps to bring the world to life. Some of the enemy pathing could use some work as well as loadin' into the game via a save. Sometimes it bugs out. Not too bad for the price. Gameplay here: https://youtu.be/6YVqdnsNlrk

Game got zero updates at half year = yet one asset flip. Not deserve any time to waste. game is VERY clunky and unpolished. Combat just bad - zero impact, hitboxes works by somehow. But with save\load system this is just usual ARPG, nothing about soulslike, as devs pretend to be. - hitbox of everything is bad - can't break crate sometimes. Wolfs just meh, almost impossible to kill skeleton archer because of his running speed. - block\dodge timings.. i dunno how it works. Because of zero impact also. - focus not canceled when enemy is down. - All movements very clunky. Game need a lot of polish. - Very outdated linear lvldesign, a lot of empty crates everywhere you need to break without reason. https://youtu.be/RSnF-NUPMp8
The game itself is great, but the combat feels too clunky. I don't mind that. Also, this game is not fully optimized yet. I only got 24 fps while playing, even though my PC meets the minimum requirements. Sorry, I can't recommend this game for now. I hope the developers read this and work on optimizing the game because it's hard to find a fantasy adventure game like this, especially for mid-end PC. I also hope there will be a feature added where a companion can join you, to make the atmosphere feel more lively. And please update the minimum system specifications if they are different from what is currently listed.
Overall I'd say its a great game for under $10. I'd say its worth a bit more. Are some of the graphics a bit clunky, yeah but not enough to not play. Once you figure them out, they are consistent. Fun to play. Took me the weekend to beat. And it can be beat. Yes someone in the refuge refers to this special sword you will need to kill the end demon. Well he isn't lying. You won't make a dent in him without it (speaking from experience). I would say the game is moderately challenging at times. There is a short learning curve. I would recommend getting a bow as soon as you can and arrows if that's not obvious. Those dogs you see jumping around, DO NOT attempt to slay them with your sword. You will not win. Tab comes in handy to target most of who you need to kill above waist level. It helped me to just walk around into new territories clicking tab to see if I would lock on to anyone before I was surprised by someone. You will want to except the side quests before completi...
I thought it would be a funny scuffed game.. and it was..but i shouldn't have ignored the reviews about the combat. its far worse than just jank, its unplayable
