was very excited for this after playing the itch.io demo a few months ago and was promptly disappointed at its usage of generative AI assets. would love to check it out more thoroughly if those assets are replaced with anything else but i don't think a game being experimental stands as an excuse to normalize something cheapening artistic expression as a whole right now. bums me out because i AM aware the stuff here that bothers me is a minority of the game and i have liked other things from this dev / think they have neat ideas (piero's pilgrimage is cool!) and, again, i was hype for this, but that minority content does just sort of make me disinterested in the whole thing
