Not everything is translated to English, but generally you'll understand what is being said yet not what's going on. It's a short and really weird shooting game and works well if you install physx for proton through protontricks. There's a section near to the end where you might need cheats to pass an invisible wall to a vent, so press the tilde key and type "noclip 1" and disable with "noclip 0". Despite this you should try it for the weirdness. The glasses are an obvious reference to "They Live".
