I give this a 9 out of 10. It loses one point simply because I am not allowed to give Freya headpats. Aside from that this is an adorable game and I had fun being chased by the most Golden Retriever wolfgirl in existence

I'm actually very disappointed by this latest game from eTIRUe. The gameplay felt like a big step backwards when compared to 'Ruined Nurse.' In 'Ruined Nurse' you could explore a more interesting place rather than an empty school, and the environment also felt more creepy and intriguing. But in 'Wolf Mate,' the only thing you do is go from point A to point B, searching for dumb items while hiding from a crazy wolf lady that is in love with you. There is zero sense of danger or treat, because she's basically just like a creepy obsessed girl who wants to spend time with her crush. This makes the goal of the game feel boring, uninteresting, and repetitive. Yes, I know that the game is, in theory, just trying to grab players attention with a "sexy" girl. But here is the other problem: the girl doesn't look sexy enough in the first place. Unlike other games made by eTIRUe, this girl's chest was completely covered during the whole game. Cute game about a wolf girl stalking the player. The hardest part about this game is resisting the urge to run into her arms.

Genuinely the most stressful game experience since that one part of Resident Evil Village with the giant baby. Starts off super hard and gets slightly easier as it goes on but it's always nerve-racking. Fantastic stuff. I also really want to plap Freya.

No negatives. Well the performance without the upscalling is garbage, specially when the graphics looks exactly the same as their previous games. The hiding lockers are not everywhere so once she's seen you you're pretty much caught. Freya: She's all around an upgrade over Sirens or the Vampire lady in terms of AI. She's got a good set of animations, much more than the said Vampire lady or Sirens. Unfortunately you can't see her being cute because chances of getting caught is way more if you get close to her. Don't expect the Alien or that Yandere knife holding girl level AI from Freya. She's just base AI of prev games with new abilities. She's more like Lady D in terms of AI. Mostly wanders around the map but more perceptive & sensitive overall. Final thought: For the price you can't expect anything more. It's a must buy for everyone.

let me start with im not a furry but... the game is super fun and the wolf is charming, very lighthearted and relaxing if thats how you like to play but it also has some challenge too. best hide and seek game i have played in a while!

Having played Ruined Nurse before, I think this game is weaker. Running around the school for different items can be a bit repetitive, and having to sit in lockers for long periods due to Freya's reaction to sound triggers can be frustrating. The endings have great humour, and they make you want to keep going And the introduction of new mechanics with each level at least keeps things fresh I finished with the ghost level, so I at least ended it with a chuckle, but that's about as much as I could manage before calling it quits. The game is alright, but the gameplay isn't for me.

Well this was a fun game. If your ganna buy this game don't buy it for the spicy content. (There is none unless you have a massive foot fetish.) This game is rather fun as a run and hide kind of game. for $7 it is't that bad. I only have a hand full of hours on it but I think its worth the full price. The game doesn't run too well as every time I play it my computer seems to be asking me to stop playing it. If you aren't into anime I can see this being a hard sell as most of the funny bits are very anime themed. I do think the game gets good when you beat more and more nights. Both you and Freya (the girl that chases you.) get new abilities every time you complete an ending. The first few endings leave much to be desired as for things you can do. once you are at the last ending you get things like peaking corners, running for longer, being able to crouch, hiding in lockers and so on. Fun game. Can be difficult but there is a "Low Stress" mode that tells you where Freya is on the map. This is like the final evolution of their chase games. Dark Siren > Vampire Mansion > Wolf Mate. You can tell that they have gotten better and better at designing maps with each game they've released. For a Chase game like this, it's important to have an easy to understand and easy to memorize map to help you with your routes as you run away or sneak around. I felt like in Vampire Mansion it was quite easy to get lost because every area looked the same. This game makes you really feel like you're in an empty school, and it has all the rooms you'd expect (except a Cafeteria I guess). The reiterative gameplay helps reinforce you learning the school layout, while also forcing you to enter rooms you maybe have not entered yet. Each ending opens up a new playthrough with a different way of attempting escape, with unlocked abilities for both you and Freya herself. You also get to see more ...
