[b] Serenade of the Sirens [/b] is a mermaid themed roguelite ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I am not entirely sure why I bought it, I guess I just wanted to be a part of that world. Since I did not read the store description, I was surprised to find roguelite mechanics in a swimming game. It has permadeath, procedurally generated levels, and randomized stores with 3 items. Aside from having all the basic elements of this genre, the game does not do anything new to stand out. That being said, the game is just barely decent enough for me not to refund it. At the very least I was able to remap my f310 controller, even though it did not work with the default set up. There are 4 different areas for a total of 16 somewhat repetitive stages. Each area ends with a relatively easy boss fight. It's definitely not a hard game because I was able to beat it under 2 hours, so I would like to see some achievements.
